(d) We know that $Δ x . Δ p \geq \frac{h}{4 π}$

$Δ x . m Δ v > \frac{h}{4 π}$

$Δ v > \frac{h}{4 π Δ x m}$

$\begin{aligned} Δ v & = \frac{6.626 \times 10^{- 34}}{4 π \times 0.1 \times 10^{- 10} \times 9.11 \times 10^{- 31}} \\ = \frac{66}{4 π \times 9} \times 10^{7} = 5.79 \times 10^{6} m / s e c \end{aligned}$
