Half equations for oxidation of $H_2 O_2$.
(i) In acidic medium
$ H_2 O_2 \longrightarrow 2 H^{+}+O_2+2 e^{-} $
(ii) In basic medium
$H_2 O_2+OH^{-} \longrightarrow 2 H_2 O+O_2+2 e^{-}$
Half equations for reduction of $H_2 O_2$ :
(i) In acidic medium
$H_2 O_2+2 H^{+}+2 e^{-} \longrightarrow 2 H_2 O$
(ii) In basic medium
$H_2 O_2+2 e^{-} \longrightarrow 2 OH^{-}$
