Mechanism :

It is an $\beta$ elimination reaction as $\beta$ hydrogen is abstracted and results more substituted alkene, which follows Zaitsev’s rule.

Since ’ $H$ ’ and ’ $Br$ ’ are removed, it is dehydrohalogenation.
