Mechanism :

It is an $β$ elimination reaction as $β$ hydrogen is abstracted and results more substituted alkene, which follows Zaitsev’s rule.

Since ’ $H$ ’ and ’ $B r$ ’ are removed, it is dehydrohalogenation.
