(c) We find that in the given molecules hybridisation is

$\begin{aligned} B F_{3} \to s p^{2} \\ N O_{2}^{-} \to s p^{2} \\ N H_{2}^{-} \to s p^{3} \\ H_{2} O \to s p^{3} \end{aligned}$
