Solution:
$f _1=\frac{1}{2 \pi} \sqrt{\frac{k}{m}}$
$f _2=\frac{1}{2 \pi} \sqrt{\frac{k}{9 m}}$
$\frac{f _1}{f _2}=\sqrt{\frac{9}{1}}=\frac{3}{1}$
