Solution:
In steady state there will be no current in branch of capacitor, so no voltage drop across $R _2=5 \Omega$
$I _2=0$
$I _1=I _3=\frac{10}{4+6}=1 A$
$V _{R _3}=V _c+V _{R _2} \quad V _{R _2}=0$
$I _3 R _3=V _c$
$V _c=1 \times 6=6$ volt
$q _c=CV _c=10 \times 6=60 \mu C$
