Formula: Average velocity if n velocities are given
$ \begin{aligned} & \frac{2}{V _{av}}=\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{5}=\frac{8}{15} \\ & \Rightarrow \quad V _{av}=\frac{15}{4}=3.75 km / h \end{aligned} $
