$ E _{Cl _2/C{l^{-}}}^{0}=1.36,V $ ..(ii)

$ E _{C{r^{+3}}/Cr}^{0}=-0.74 $ ..(iv)
Since $ C{r^{\text{+3}}} $ is having least reducing potential, so Cr is the best Reducing agent.
