We have, $λ = \frac{h c}{Δ E}$

$\begin{aligned} ∴ \frac{λ_{1}}{λ_{2}} & = \frac{h c / Δ E_{1}}{h c / Δ E_{2}} = \frac{Δ E_{2}}{Δ E_{1}} \\ = \frac{\frac{4}{3} E - E}{2 E - E} = \frac{1}{3} \end{aligned}$
