Solution:

  1. Equation of straight line passing through intersection of two circles C1 and C2 is (S1−S2)=0.

∴x2+y2−23x+4y−3−(x2+y2+6x+2y−15)=0

⇒203x−2y−12=0⇒10x−3y−18=0
