The thermal decomposition of given compounds is shown below

$\begin{matrix} {({NH}_{4})}_{2} {Cr}_{2} O_{7} \overset{Δ}{⟶} N_{2} + 4 H_{2} O + {Cr}_{2} O_{3} \\ {NH}_{4} {NO}_{2} \overset{Δ}{⟶} N_{2} + 2 H_{2} O \\ {({NH}_{4})}_{2} {SO}_{4} \overset{Δ}{⟶} 2 {NH}_{3} + H_{2} {SO}_{4} \\ Ba {(N_{3})}_{2} ⟶ Ba + 3 N_{2} \end{matrix}$

Thus, only ${({NH}_{4})}_{2} {SO}_{4}$ does not gives $N_{2}$ on heating (It give ${NH}_{3}$ ). While rest of the given compounds gives $N_{2}$ on their thermal decomposition.
