Solution:

As, coefficient of mutual induction is same for both coils

Here,

$\begin{aligned} N_{P} & = N_{Q} = 1, \\ φ_{P Q} & = ?, φ_{Q P} = 10^{- 3} W b \\ I_{Q} & = 2 A, I_{P} = 3 A \end{aligned}$

Substituting values in $E q$ (i), we get

$\begin{aligned} φ_{P Q} & = \frac{I_{Q} \cdot φ_{Q P}}{I_{P}} = \frac{2}{3} \times 10^{- 3} \\ = 0.667 \times 10^{- 3} = 6.67 \times 10^{- 4} W b \end{aligned}$
