Explanation: Average energy by electric field $E_{0}$ is $U_{a v}$

$\begin{matrix} = \frac{1}{2} ε_{0} \cdot \frac{1}{μ_{0} ε_{0}} {(B_{0})}^{2} ∵ c^{2} = \frac{1}{μ_{0} ε_{0}} Ratio = \frac{(U_{a v}) electric field}{(U_{a v}) magnetic field} = \frac{1}{1}, i.e., 1 : 1 \end{matrix}$
