Solution:

$F_{_{n e t}}^{2} = F_{1}^{2} + F_{2}^{2} + 2 F_{1} F_{2} \cos θ$

therefore ${(\frac{F}{3})}^{2}$

$= F^{2} + F^{2} + 2 F^{2} \cos θ$

therefore $\cos θ = (- \frac{17}{18})$
