[b] For upper half of inclined plane $v^{2} = u^{2} + 2 a S / 2 = 2 (g \sin θ) S / 2 = g S \sin θ$

For lower half of inclined plane $0 = u^{2} + 2 g (\sin θ - μ \cos θ) S / 2$

$\Rightarrow - g S \sin θ = g S (\sin θ - μ \cos θ)$

$\Rightarrow 2 \sin θ = μ \cos θ$

$\Rightarrow μ = \frac{2 \sin θ}{\cos θ} = 2 \tan θ$
