Solution:

Using the formula $k = 2.303 t l o g \frac{[A]_{o}}{[A]_{t}}$

In one hour

$k = \frac{2.303}{1} l o g \frac{0.4}{0.2} = 0.6933 h o u r^{- 1}$

In two hour

$k = \frac{2.303}{2} l o g \frac{0.4}{0.1} k = 0.6933 h o u r^{- 1}$

Since rate constant K is same, we know that the reaction is of order 1.
