Ans. (i) The self inductance, $L$, of a coil equals the magnetic flux linked with it, when a unit current flows through it.
One henry is the self inductance of a coil which the magnetic flux, linked with it, due to a current of $1 \mathrm{~A}$, flowing in it, equals one weber.
