Show Answer

Correct Answer: (2)

Solution: (2)

Successful students in Statistics in 2002 $=\frac{2700 \times 55}{100}=1485$

Unsuccessful students in Economics in 2005 $=2200 \times \frac{1}{2}=1100$

$\therefore$ Required difference $=1485-1100=385$
