Mobile phones sold by company A :

July

$\Rightarrow 45000 \times \frac{17}{100} \times \frac{8}{15}$ $=4080$

December

$\Rightarrow 45000 \times \frac{16}{100} \times \frac{7}{16}$ $=3150$

Required percentage $=\frac{4080}{3150} \times 100 \approx 130 \%$
