Solution:

$ \because \ P{{V}^{\gamma }}=k $ (constant)

Therefore $ P _{1}V _{1}^{\gamma }=P _{2}V _{2}^{\gamma } $

Therefore $ P _{2}=P _{1}{{( \frac{V _{1}}{V _{2}} )}^{\gamma }}=10^{5}\times {{(2)}^{1.3}} $

$ (\because \ V _{2}=\frac{V _{1}}{2}) $
