[b] Heat flow from B to A,A to C and C to B (for steady state t condition, $Δ Q / Δ t$ is same) Where $\frac{Δ Q}{Δ t} = \frac{k A Δ T}{ℓ}$ For sides AC and CB ${(\frac{Δ T}{\sqrt{2} a})}_{A C} = {(\frac{Δ T}{a})}_{C B}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{T - T_{C}}{\sqrt{2} A} = \frac{T_{C} - \sqrt{2} T}{a}$

$\Rightarrow T - T_{C} = \sqrt{2} T_{C} - 2 T$

$\Rightarrow 3 T = T_{C} (\sqrt{2} + 1) \Rightarrow \frac{T_{C}}{T} = \frac{3}{\sqrt{2} + 1}$
