$ \frac{I _{1}}{I _{2}}=\frac{16}{9}=\frac{a _{1}^{2}}{a _{2}^{2}}\Rightarrow a _{1}=4 $ ; $ a _{2}=3 $

Therefore the ratio of intensities of bright and dark parts $ \frac{I _{Bright}}{I _{Dark}}=\frac{{{(a _{1}+a _{2})}^{2}}}{{{(a _{1}-a _{2})}^{2}}}=\frac{{{(4+3)}^{2}}}{{{(4-3)}^{2}}}=\frac{49}{1} $
