$ \frac{\overrightarrow{A}.\overrightarrow{B}}{|\vec{i}+\vec{j}|}=\frac{(2\hat{i}+3\hat{j})(\hat{i}+\hat{j})}{\sqrt{2}} $

$ =\frac{2+3}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{5}{\sqrt{2}} $
