Solution:

$[g^{'} = g {(\frac{R}{R + h})}^{2}]$

Þ $[\frac{g}{4} = g {(\frac{R}{R + h})}^{2}]$

Þ $[\frac{1}{2} = \frac{R}{R + h}]$ Þ $[R + h = 2 R]$ \ $[h = R]$
