[b] From given conditions, $V_{A} = V_{B}$ and $V_{B} = 0$

$\Rightarrow V_{B} = \frac{k (Q - q_{1})}{3 α} + \frac{k q_{2}}{2 α} + \frac{k q_{1}}{2 α} = 0$

$\Rightarrow 2 Q + q_{1} + 3 q_{2} = 0$ .(i) Using $V_{A} = V_{C}$

$\frac{k (Q - q_{1})}{3 α} + \frac{k q_{2}}{2 α} + \frac{k q_{1}}{2 α} = \frac{k q_{1}}{2 α} + \frac{k (Q - q_{1})}{3 α} + \frac{k q_{2}}{2 α}$

$\Rightarrow q_{1} = - \frac{q_{2}}{4}$ ?(ii) Using it in (1), $q_{2} = - \frac{8}{11} Q$
