Correct Answer: C

Solution:

Each spoke will behave as a cell.

Induced emf of each spoke $= \frac{1}{2} B l^{2} ω$

But all (n) identical spoke behaving as a cell can connected in a parallel fashion, so the resultant $e m f = e = \frac{1}{2} B l^{2} ω$ = same as single cell.
