$ CO+\frac{1}{2}O _2\to CO _2 $

$ ( 10-a )\frac{(10-a)}{2}~( 10-a ) $

$ a+\frac{(10-a)}{2}=7 $

$ \therefore a=4 $ volume of CO = 6 mL Mole % of $ CO=~\frac{6\times 100}{10}~=60 $
