$ \frac{M _1V _1}{n _1} $ = $ \frac{M _2V _2}{n _2} $ ; $ M _1V _1=\frac{n _1}{n _2}M _2V _2 $

$ =\frac{2}{10}\times 10\times \frac{1}{10}=\frac{1}{5}=0.2 $
