Solution:

We know that $λ = \frac{h}{m v}$ ;

$∴$ $m = \frac{h}{m λ}$ The velocity of photon (v) = $3 \times 10^{8} m \sec^{- 1}$

$λ = 1.54 \times 10^{- 8} c m = 1.54 \times 10^{- 10} m e t e r$

$∴$ $m = \frac{6.626 \times 10^{- 34} J s}{1.54 \times 10^{- 10} m \times 3 \times 10^{8} m, \sec^{- 1}}$

$=, 1.4285 \times 10^{- 32} k g$ .
