- $ {P _{av}}\text{=}{{( \frac{{V _{RMS}}}{Z} )}^{2}}R $ $ \text{Z=}\sqrt{R^{2}+{{( \omega L-\frac{1}{\omega C} )}^{2}}}=56\Omega $

$ \therefore P _{av}={{( \frac{10}{( \sqrt{2} )56} )}^{2}}\times 50=0.79W $
