Solution:

$40-2 \mathrm{~T}=4 \mathrm{a}$

$\mathrm{T}-10=4 \mathrm{a} \Rightarrow 20=12 \mathrm{a}$

$\Rightarrow \mathrm{a}=5 / 3 \Rightarrow 2 \mathrm{a}=\frac{g}{3}$
