Net force $=8 \hat{i}+4 \hat{j}+4 \hat{k}$
$\overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}}=\frac{\overrightarrow{\mathrm{F}}}{\mathrm{m}}=2 \hat{\mathrm{i}}+\hat{\mathrm{j}}+\hat{\mathrm{k}}$
