Solutions Question 10
Question 10 - 2024 (30 Jan Shift 2)
If a substance ’ $A$ ’ dissolves in solution of a mixture of ’ $\mathrm{B}$ ’ and ’ $\mathrm{C}$ ’ with their respective number of moles as $n_{A}, n_{B}$ and $n_{C}$, mole fraction of $\mathrm{C}$ in the solution is:
(1) $\frac{n_{C}}{n_{A} \times n_{B} \times n_{C}}$
(2) $\frac{n_{C}}{n_{A}+n_{B}+n_{C}}$
(3) $\frac{n_{C}-n_{C}}{n_{A}-n_{B}-n_{C}}$
(4) $\frac{n_{B}}{n_{A}+n_{B}}$
Show Answer
Answer (2)
Solution
