CLAT 2025 Registration Commences: Apply Now for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law Courses
The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has officially launched the registration process for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025, a national-level entrance exam for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs. Aspiring law students can now apply for the test on the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
The registration period for CLAT 2025 will conclude on October 15, and candidates are required to submit their application fees before the deadline. The online application fees for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs are Rs 4,000 for general category candidates and Rs 3,500 for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, people with disabilities, and below-poverty line candidates. It is essential to note that the application fee is non-refundable.
To register for CLAT 2025, follow these simple steps:
First, visit the official website of CLAT at consortiumofnlus.ac.in and click on the ‘Register’ button located at the bottom of the log-in window on the homepage. Next, fill in the required details and register for the test. Once registered, log in to access the registration form and start filling out the necessary information.
As part of the registration process, candidates must upload the required documents in pdf format, including a recently clicked front-facing photograph, signature, SC, ST, or OBC certificate (if applicable), PwD, and BPL certificate (if applicable).
CLAT 2025 will be conducted offline on December 1, and the test is designed to assess the aptitude of candidates for admissions to the five-year integrated LLB and LLM programs at participating universities, which will commence in the academic year 2025-2030.
