IBPS RRB Admit Card 2024: Hall Ticket Release Date and Download Process

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is set to release the admit cards for the Officers Scale I, II & III and Office Assistant positions in Regional Rural Banks in the last week of July 2024. Candidates who have applied for the posts of Clerk and PO can download their hall tickets from the official website, https://ibps.in/, by following a simple and straightforward process.

The admit cards will be available for download a week before the exam date, and candidates will not receive a physical copy of the document. Instead, they will need to download and print a digital copy of the hall ticket on A4 size paper to carry to the respective exam center.

The IBPS RRB preliminary exams for Officers Scale I, II & III and Office Assistant are scheduled to take place on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 17th, and 18th August 2024. The exams will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across multiple exam centers throughout the country.

The admit card will contain essential details, including the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, date of birth, exam date, exam time, exam center name and address, photograph, and signature. Additionally, it will provide information on reporting time, category, exam duration, and space for the invigilator’s signature.

To download the admit card, candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official IBPS website at ibps.in using their web browser.
2. Navigate to the “Common Recruitment Process” section on the homepage.
3. Click on “CRP RRBs” to proceed to the Regional Rural Banks recruitment page.
4. Select “CRP Regional Rural Bank XII” from the list of ongoing recruitment processes.
5. Locate and click on the link labeled “Call Letter for Preliminary Examination.”
6. Enter your Application Number provided during registration.
7. Enter your Date of Birth in the specified format (DD/MM/YYYY).
8. Double-check the accuracy of the information entered before proceeding.
9. Click on the “Submit” button to view or download the hall ticket.
