The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced the start of the registration process for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025, which is scheduled to begin on July 15. The notification for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) admissions for the academic year 2024-25 has been released, and candidates who wish to pursue law courses can visit the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, to check the details.
According to the schedule, the registration process will commence on July 15 and will continue until October 15. The application fee for general category candidates is set at Rs 4,000, while SC/ST/PwD candidates will need to pay Rs 3,500.
CLAT 2025 Exam Details
The CLAT 2025 admission test will be conducted on December 1 in a single shift, from 2 pm to 4 pm. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2025
For the 5-year LLB program, candidates must have completed their Class 12th examination with a minimum of 45% marks. For SC/ST categories, the minimum marks requirement is 40%. For LLM admissions, applicants must hold an undergraduate law degree from a BCI-recognized law school/university.
