Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2025

For CLAT UG 2025, candidates must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 45 per cent marks. However, students from SC, ST, and PwD categories need to secure 40 per cent marks in their class 12 exams to be eligible to apply. Additionally, students who are scheduled to appear for their class 12 exams in March/April 2025 can also apply for the law entrance exam.

For CLAT PG 2025, candidates belonging to the general category must have passed LLB with a minimum of 50 per cent marks, while SC, ST, and PwD category candidates must have cleared graduation with 45 per cent marks. Students who will be appearing for their final LLB exam in April or May 2025 are also eligible to apply for PG courses.
