The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has officially announced the notification for WBJEE counselling 2024, marking the beginning of the registration process for eligible candidates who secured a rank in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2024 or the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024. Aspiring students can register for the WBJEE counselling through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

According to the official notification, the counselling process for the academic year 2024-25 will feature a streamlined online system, guiding students on how to choose their colleges and courses based on their exam ranks. The WBJEE-2024 examination took place on April 28, 2024, and the results have already been made public. The centralized online counselling, or e-counselling, will now be initiated by the WBJEEB.

The WBJEE 2024 counselling will be conducted in three rounds: allotment, upgradation, and mop-up. Each step, including registration, choice filling, allotment, and payment of the seat acceptance fee, will be conducted online through a centralized system.
