NTA Revamps JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exam Dates: Check Schedule Now
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made a significant change to the exam dates for JEE Main 2024 Session 2, effective immediately. Candidates who have registered for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2024 Session 2 can now access the revised schedule on the official website of NTA JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
According to the revised schedule, the JEE Main April 2024 Session will take place on April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, 2024, for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) in two shifts. The first shift will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM, followed by the second shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
On April 12, Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), and Paper 2A & 2B (B.Arch & B. Planning both) will be conducted in the first shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Initially, the JEE Mains Session 2 exams were slated to begin on April 1 and conclude on April 15, but due to a clash with board examinations, the start date was shifted to April 4. The NTA has now released a date-wise schedule for the JEE Mains exam, indicating that the exams will commence on April 4 and conclude on April 12, 2024.
The JEE Main Session 2 will be conducted at various centers located in approximately 319 cities across the country, including 22 cities outside India. Candidates are advised to check the official website for further details and to plan accordingly.
