The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2024 is set to commence on April 4, 2024, and will continue until April 12, 2024. Conducted by the National Testing Agency, this prestigious examination is a crucial step for students seeking admission to top engineering colleges in the country. Admit Card and Documents

The admit card for JEE Main 2024 exams scheduled on April 4, 5, and 6 are now available on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. Students can download their hall tickets using their registration number and date of birth. It is mandatory to carry the admit card, along with a recent photograph and a valid government-issued ID proof, to the examination centre. Additionally, candidates must bring other required documents as specified on the admit card.

Exam Day Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful examination experience, candidates are advised to follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Arrive at the examination centre at least 30 minutes prior to the reporting time to avoid any last-minute rush.
  • Candidates who arrive after the designated entry time will not be permitted to take the examination.
  • Bring the admit card with a recent photograph and a valid ID proof to appear in the JEE Main 2024 exam.
  • Refrain from bringing any unauthorized items, including mobile phones, electronic devices, study materials, and other prohibited items.
  • Diabetic students are allowed to bring essential items such as sugar tablets, transparent water bottles, and fruits to the exam centre.

Dress Code

  • Wear slippers or sandals with low heels as footwear. Closed footwear like shoes is strictly prohibited.
  • Opt for light, comfortable clothing with half sleeves, such as T-shirts. Long sleeves and large button garments are not permitted.
  • Candidates with religious attire due to religious or customary reasons that may not conform to the dress code are advised to report early for proper frisking.

Admit Card Printing

To ensure that all details, including the photograph and signature, are clearly visible, candidates are required to print the admit card in colour on A4 size paper. If the admit card has multiple pages, please ensure that all pages are printed.
