IIT JEE Advanced 2024: Registration Postponed to April 27, Exam Scheduled for May 26

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has announced a revised schedule for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2024. The online application process, which was initially set to begin on April 1, has been postponed to April 27, 2024, and will continue until May 7, 2024. Candidates can register themselves on the official portal at jeeadv.ac.in during this period.

The JEE Advanced 2024 examination is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 26, with Paper 1 commencing at 9:00 AM and Paper 2 at 2:30 PM. Candidates who have successfully registered will be able to download their admit cards from May 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM to May 26, 2024, at 2:30 PM.

The deadline for paying the JEE Advanced exam fees is May 10, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Candidates who require a scribe due to a disability or difficulty in writing will be able to choose one on May 25, 2024.

The JEE Advanced 2024 examination results, along with the final answer key, will be declared on June 9, 2024. Following the declaration of results, the online registration for IIT counselling via JoSAA and the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT 2024) will begin.
