IBPS Clerk Notification 2024: Exam Date, Eligibility, Fee, and Apply Online

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the notification for the recruitment of Clerks in various participating banks across India. The notification is available from July 1 to July 21, 2024, and the application form can be filled between the same dates.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the post of Clerk, candidates must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent
• Be proficient in the official language of the State/UT
• Be between 20 and 28 years of age as of July 1, 2024 (born between July 2, 1996, and July 1, 2004, both dates inclusive)
• Relaxation in age will be provided for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, and Persons With Benchmark Disabilities

Exam Date

The exam will be conducted in two phases: Prelims on August 24, 25, and 31, 2024, and Mains on October 13, 2024.

Application Fee

The application fee for the post of Clerk is ₹850, which includes Intimation Charge. Candidates from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Person with Disability will have to pay only ₹175 as Intimation Charge.
