NEET PG 2024 Exam Rescheduled to August 11th

NEET PG 2024 Exam Rescheduled to August 11th

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced new dates for the NEET PG 2024 exam. The exam, originally scheduled for June 23rd, was postponed just 12 hours prior as a precautionary measure.

Now, the NEET-PG (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Post Graduate) exam will take place on August 11th, 2024. The exam will be conducted in two shifts, with further details about the two-shift format to be released on the NBEMS website (https://natboard.edu.in) soon.

The deadline for eligibility to take the NEET-PG 2024 remains unchanged, still set for August 15th, 2024.

The postponement on June 22nd came from the Union health ministry as a precautionary measure following concerns about the integrity of certain competitive exams. The ministry stated it would conduct a thorough review of the NEET-PG processes, managed by NBEMS and its technical partner TCS.

For any questions or assistance, candidates can contact NBEMS through their Communication Web Portal: https://exam.natboard.edu.in/communication.php.

UGC-NET Exam Also Rescheduled

This announcement follows the rescheduling of the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). Initially held on June 18th, the UGC-NET was cancelled due to concerns about compromised exam integrity. The rescheduled exam will now run from August 21st to September 4th.
