Notably, the base variants of all powertrain options remain unaffected, keeping the entry-level price stable. However, mid-range variants such as the HTK+ Turbo iMT and GTX+ Turbo DCT will see increases of Rs 16,000 and Rs 17,000, respectively. The diesel variants also face similar hikes, with the HTK+ MT and HTX AT seeing the highest increase of Rs 17,000.
Kia Seltos Price Hike: The Kia Seltos, another popular model, had its prices revised in April 2024, with increases up to Rs 56,000. In the latest revision, the maximum price hike is Rs 19,000. The base model, HTE petrol MT, remains unchanged. The HTK+ Turbo iMT variant will see a Rs 17,000 increase, while the HTK+ MT and HTX iVT variants will each see a Rs 15,000 hike. Diesel variants such as the HTK+, HTX+, GTX+, and X Line remain unaffected, except for the HTX iMT, which will see a Rs 19,000 increase.
Kia Carens Price Hike: For the Kia Carens, the base variants of all powertrain options will not see any price increase. However, certain petrol variants like the Luxury+ Turbo DCT and X Line Turbo DCT (7S and 6S) will experience a Rs 22,000 hike. Diesel variants such as the Luxury+ 6S (MT, iMT, and AT) and others are exempt from the price hike, except for the Prestige+ (O) AT, which will see a Rs 24,000 increase. A facelift for the Carens is currently under testing and is expected to launch in 2025.
