Piyush Anand, a 1991batch IPS officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been entrusted with the responsibility of heading the NDRF. Rajeev Kumar, an accomplished IPS officer from the Rajasthan cadre, has been appointed as the Director General of the BPR&D.

  • In a significant development, the central government has approved the appointment of Nidhu Saxena as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the Bank of Maharashtra. This appointment will be effective for a period of three years starting from 27 March 2024.
