The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is a single entrance exam for admission to medical programs in India. It is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and is the only exam used to fill approximately 54,000 medical seats across the country.
Understanding the All India Quota Seats
There are three types of seats available in medical colleges in India: All India Quota seats, state quota seats, and private college seats. The All India Quota seats are 15% of the total seats in government medical colleges and are open to students from any part of the country.

The NEET exam covers topics from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Candidates appearing for NEET should prepare thoroughly to secure a good score.
